Purchases and Payment
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Park Noire is not liable for failed or misdirected deliveries caused by incorrect details provided at checkout. Any costs arising from address corrections or re-delivery are the customer's responsibility.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. For international orders, currency conversion is handled through integrated tools at checkout — Park Noire is not responsible for exchange rate variations applied by your bank.
Payment is processed via our secure checkout. Available payment methods include credit/debit card and buy-now-pay-later services where applicable. Specific payment provider terms (such as Afterpay or similar) are governed by those providers and should be reviewed on their respective sites.

Discount Codes, Sales & Promotions
All discount codes are denominated in AUD. Codes cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Specific promotional terms will be published alongside any active campaign.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery information.
If a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, our courier will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery cannot be arranged within the courier's specified timeframe, the parcel may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by local authorities. No refund will be issued for parcels that are unclaimed or refused.
Fraud Prevention
Park Noire takes credit card fraud seriously. If we suspect a transaction may be fraudulent, we will contact you to verify certain details. If we do not receive a response with the requested information within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Order Cancellation by Park Noire
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to supply the requested products. You will be contacted immediately in such cases. Park Noire is not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience resulting from a cancellation on our part.
