Return Policy
Items purchased on parknoire.com are eligible for return within 28 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
We recommend returning products in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection.
Please note that returns are currently not free, and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of returning any item. Park Noire is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, and we strongly advise using a tracked postal service.

Exchanges are processed only upon receipt of the returned item and are subject to stock availability at that time. We are unable to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.
Exchange shipping is complimentary once your returned item has been received and approved.
If you would like a different colour, size, or style, please request a refund and place a new order at parknoire.com to avoid missing out on limited stock.
All approved returns received within the 14-day return period will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 2–3 business days for your refund or credit note to be processed.
If written confirmation and proof of return are provided within 14 days of delivery, Park Noire will issue your refund within 14 days of notification. Without proof of return, refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Please note that refunds are not issued for change of mind or for customers who refuse to pay import duties or taxes. Refunds will only be granted if an item is deemed faulty by Park Noire.
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless deemed faulty.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email admin@parknoire.com with your order number and supporting images.
All faulty claims will be assessed upon return and must be deemed faulty by Park Noire before a resolution is issued.
Items that have been worn are not considered faulty.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your order.
