All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Excluding launch days, all orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. Once shipped, delivery times and rates are as follows:

DUTIES & TAXES / IMPORT CHARGES
All orders are shipped from Australia.
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs laws. These are the customer’s responsibility. Orders shipped to the UK, US, Canada, and non-EU countries may be subject to local import fees not included in your checkout total. Orders to EU countries are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) — all import fees are payable upon arrival. Any international orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Park Noire is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier. For assistance, please contact the courier or email admin@parknoire.com.
