Pre-orders let you secure pieces before they're back in stock. Here's how it works.           

Estimated ship dates

Each pre-order product page lists an estimated ship date in the description. Dates are our best estimate based on current production timelines — occasionally they shift. If anything changes, we'll let you know directly.

Payment

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. This is what allows us to confirm production volume and reserve your size.

Orders with more than one item

If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in-stock items — or multiple pre-order items with different ship dates — you'll receive an automated email confirming whether your order will ship together or separately. Standard delivery cost is covered either way; you won't be charged twice for shipping.

Cancellations and changes                                                                                             

Need to cancel or amend a pre-order? Email admin@parknoire.com within 48 hours of placing it.
